We recommend using the Lansinoh® Large Postpartum Pads in weeks 0-2 post-birth and Lansinoh® Medium Postpartum Pads in weeks 2+ post-birth. Therefore, moms can start using the smaller size at an earlier / later stage if they feel this is necessary.
